Sep 16, 2016 · As for Erie being Green or Yellow, I suppose it's a close call and depends on your specific experience. Maybe others can chime in on their experiences as well. Perhaps we could change the Yellow description to read "Permit may come with restrictions" rather than "Permit usually comes with restrictions". I think that might be more accurate.
